From users to builders
The honor teaches what AI is. Builders teaches how it is made: collecting data, training, testing, and catching the mistakes before they hurt someone.
How the Builders track runs
There is no official “AI Advanced” honor yet. This is our own track for students who finish the honor and want more.
Build a dataset
Collect and label examples. Learn why balanced, honest data matters more than clever code.
Train a model
Train a simple image or text model with free tools, under supervision, using your own non-personal data.
Test and break it
Find where it fails. Measure accuracy, find bias, and write down what it should never be used for.
Present: build it right
Show your model, its limits, and how you would make it safe and fair for real people.
